Shulman Skills, developed by esteemed social work educator Dr. Lawrence Shulman, focus on interpersonal skills that facilitate effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving in helping professions. These skills are critical for anyone looking to make a positive impact in their communities, whether through direct service, program facilitation, or grassroots initiatives. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive certification as Social Servants™️, granting them the credentials to deliver and facilitate programs, services, and initiatives aimed at helping individuals and communities in need. This certification not only enhances the participants' professional skills but also opens doors for them to lead meaningful change in their respective areas.
